Thank you so much for fixing my precious computer yesterday.  You made no fuss over it, and even sorted out the problem on a Saturday, so quickly that you’d almost finished before you’d started!  The fault turned out to be a defective power supply, and you even travelled specially to PC World on that same day to buy a new part, rather than wait until Monday.  This is indeed “service with a smile”.  Your cheeriness and positive attitude made all the difference!  The charges for your work were exceptionally reasonable.  By golly, you also even came to my house today, Sunday, to look at a slight, additional problem encountered with my PC, which turned out to be a loose-fitting plug inside the machine.  Without a doubt, I shall recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone needing a fast and trustworthy repair to their computer, performed by a friendly chap who treats not only his customers, but their property, with complete respect, a true gentleman of “the old school”.  I am delighted.  :-)
